Free Shipping

Order Cancellation Policy

• Within 24 Hours: Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund.
• After 24 Hours but Before Dispatch: Orders canceled after 24 hours but before dispatch may be subject to deductions of 10-25% to cover processing costs.
• After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. Customers may initiate a return under the Return & Refund Policy.

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Items marked as final sale.
• Customized or personalized leather jackets or other outerwear, except in cases of defect or incorrect delivery. Customers are notified of these exclusions before purchase.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear.

• Before Production Begins (Within 24 Hours): Orders can be canceled for a full refund.
• After 24 Hours but Before Production Begins: If the order is canceled after 24 hours but production has not started, a deduction of up to 10% of the paid amount may apply to cover administrative costs.
• After Production Begins: Once production has started, cancellations are subject to deductions of up to 35% of the payment to cover production costs.
• After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. Customers can initiate a return within 30 days as per our refund policy.
• Custom-Made Products: Due to the nature of custom-made products, cancellations after production begins may not be possible. Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.
