1. How long does it take to receive my order?
All Walter Jackets products are made to order. Production usually takes 12 to 15 business days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, estimated transit time is usually 3 to 5 business days for most supported destinations. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is usually 15 to 20 business days.

Walter Jackets accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All prices are listed in USD, and the final amount, including applicable taxes and shipping, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
3. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Walter Jackets ships worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@walterjackets.com before placing your order. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.
4. Are there any hidden shipping costs?
No, there are no hidden shipping costs. A flat shipping fee of $25.00 USD applies to all orders worldwide. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. What sizes are available?
Most Walter Jackets products are available from XS to 4XL. Custom sizing may be available on selected products. Please review the size options and size guide on each product page before placing your order.
6. What is your return policy?
Walter Jackets offers a 30 day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted for both defective and non defective products, provided the item meets our return eligibility conditions. Approved returns must be sent by mail, and Walter Jackets covers the approved return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.
