All prices on walterjackets.com are listed in US Dollars (USD). The total amount charged, including applicable taxes and shipping, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We use SSL/TLS encryption across the entire checkout process to protect your personal and financial data. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Our payment systems comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements. 3. When You Are Charged

Payment is collected at the time you place your order, not at the time of shipment. Because our jackets are made to order, production begins promptly after payment is confirmed. Once your order enters production, cancellation terms apply as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after a successful payment. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at info@walterjackets.com.

4. Taxes, Duties, and Additional Fees

Sales Tax: Where applicable, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.


International Orders: Customers outside the US may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon delivery. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. Walter Jackets does not collect or reimburse these fees.


Shipping Costs: A flat shipping fee of $25.00 USD applies to all orders worldwide, regardless of destination. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be placed, and no charge will be made. Please check that your billing information matches what is on file with your bank, or try an alternative payment method. For persistent issues, contact your card issuer or reach out to us for assistance.

6. Invoices and Receipts

A digital receipt is sent to your email address after every successful purchase. If you need a formal invoice for business purposes, contact us at info@walterjackets.com with your order number, and we will send one within 2 business days.

7. Currency and Pricing

All prices are in USD. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion fee. This is outside our control and is not charged by Walter Jackets.

8. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, orders may be reviewed for fraud before processing. If your order is flagged, we may contact you to verify your identity or payment details. We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.
