Refund & Exchange Policy
Return / Exchange Timeframe
- 30-day return or exchange policy from the delivery date.
- After 30 days, no returns or refunds can be processed.
Restocking Fee
- We do not charge any restocking fee.
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns from all countries worldwide, and the same return policy applies to every location.
- Only unused, unwashed, unaltered items with original packaging and tags are eligible.
- Sale items, customized jackets, and clearance products are non-refundable, unless defective.
- Personal care and customized items (with names or designs) can only be returned if defective.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, email info@walterjackets.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- We will provide the return address. Do not send items back without confirmation.
- Pack items securely and share the return shipping receipt or tracking number.
- If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/incorrect item), we cover return shipping costs.
- For size or preference returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.
Refund and Timeline
- Refunds begin once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Expect a refund within 20 business days (approx. 4 weeks).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If unavailable, store credit or an alternate method will be offered.
- Returns that do not meet policy (used or damaged items) may be rejected.
Exchanges
- Requests for size or color exchanges can be made within 30 days.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Return shipping for size or preference exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.
