Return / Exchange Timeframe

  • 30-day return or exchange policy from the delivery date.
  • After 30 days, no returns or refunds can be processed.

Restocking Fee

  • We do not charge any restocking fee.

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns from all countries worldwide, and the same return policy applies to every location.
  • Only unused, unwashed, unaltered items with original packaging and tags are eligible.
  • Sale items, customized jackets, and clearance products are non-refundable, unless defective.
  • Personal care and customized items (with names or designs) can only be returned if defective.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, email info@walterjackets.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
  • We will provide the return address. Do not send items back without confirmation.
  • Pack items securely and share the return shipping receipt or tracking number.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/incorrect item), we cover return shipping costs.
  • For size or preference returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.

Refund and Timeline

  • Refunds begin once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Expect a refund within 20 business days (approx. 4 weeks).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If unavailable, store credit or an alternate method will be offered.
  • Returns that do not meet policy (used or damaged items) may be rejected.

Exchanges

  • Requests for size or color exchanges can be made within 30 days.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Return shipping for size or preference exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.
