These Terms and Conditions govern your use of walterjackets.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. The Site is operated by MatrixPro Holdings Inc., doing business as Walter Jackets, located at 341 W Kathleen Dr, Des Plaines, IL 60016, USA.

By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Our Products

All products sold on walterjackets.com are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Production begins promptly after payment is confirmed. Because of this, please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. These minor variations do not constitute a defect.

2. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or placed with incorrect information.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The total amount charged, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. For full details on accepted payment methods and billing, please refer to our Payment Policy.

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, product information error, payment issue, suspected fraud, inventory limitation, or other issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

3. Sizing and Customization

Because our products are made to order, you are responsible for selecting the correct size using the size guide provided on the Site. Walter Jackets is not liable for sizing issues that result from incorrect measurements or size selections made by the customer. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order at info@walterjackets.com.

4. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order at any time by contacting us at info@walterjackets.com with your order number. Cancellation terms depend on when you request and the current production status of your order:

  • Within 24 hours of placing your order: Full refund issued to your original payment method, no deductions.
  • After 24 hours, depending on production status: A cancellation fee of up to 40% of the order total may be deducted to cover production costs already incurred. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Because our products are made to order and production begins promptly after payment, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Once an order has been fully completed and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, and our Return Policy will apply instead.

5. Shipping

We ship to customers worldwide. Estimated production and delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Walter Jackets is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged upon delivery. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are not collected or reimbursed by Walter Jackets.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted according to our Refund and Exchange Policy for both defective and non-defective products, provided the item meets the return eligibility conditions.

Approved returns must be sent by mail. Walter Jackets covers the approved return shipping cost where the return is approved according to our Refund and Exchange Policy.
Walter Jackets does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Walter Jackets does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please request a return within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order separately.

Our full return and refund process, including how to request a return, return eligibility, return shipping, refund processing, and exchange terms, is governed by our separate Refund and Exchange Policy available on the Site.

7. Intellectual Property


All content on walterjackets.com, including text, images, logos, product photography, and design elements, is the property of MatrixPro Holdings Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

By using this Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
  • Copy, scrape, or extract product data, pricing, or content without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Law, MatrixPro Holdings Inc. and Walter Jackets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site or its content. While we take reasonable steps to maintain a safe and reliable website, we cannot guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or completely error-free at all times.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Site, with the updated date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
