Walter Jackets accepts return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return requests made after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Returned with tags attached, where applicable
Free from odors, stains, damage, or signs of use
Returned in its original or equivalent protective packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after inspection.
3. Reasons for Return
Walter Jackets accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as the item meets the eligibility conditions above and the return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible return reasons may include defective items, damaged items, wrong items sent, items significantly different from the product description, sizing concerns, or customer preference.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@walterjackets.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Your full name
The reason for your return
Clear photos of the item if the item is defective, damaged, wrong, or significantly different from the product description
We will review your request and respond within one business day.
Do not ship the item back before receiving written return approval from Walter Jackets. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Method
All approved returns must be sent by mail.
We do not accept in-store returns because Walter Jackets does not operate a physical retail store for returns.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions by email.
6. Return Shipping Cost
For approved returns, Walter Jackets will cover the return shipping cost.
Where available, a return label will be provided by email. If a return label is not available for your location, we will provide return instructions and arrange a reasonable return shipping solution.
7. Restocking Fee
Walter Jackets does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
8. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
9. Exchanges
Walter Jackets does not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please request a return within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order separately.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items returned after the 30-day return window
Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items with odors, stains, or signs of use
Items returned without prior written approval from Walter Jackets
Items not returned in acceptable condition after inspection
11. Cancellations
Order cancellations are handled according to our Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations requested within 24 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to a deduction of up to 40 percent of the order total, depending on the production status of the order.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Once dispatched, the return process described in this policy will apply.

Every item sold at Walter Jackets is made to order. This means production begins after your payment is confirmed. We do not hold pre-made inventory. Please allow adequate time for your order to be produced and delivered before placing it.

2. Order Processing and Production Time

Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters our production queue. Production takes approximately 12 to 15 business days, depending on order volume and product complexity. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

You will receive a dispatch notification by email once your order has been completed and handed to the shipping carrier.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order is dispatched, the estimated transit time is usually 3 to 5 business days for most supported destinations. International shipments may take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is therefore 15 to 20 business days.

4. Shipping Cost

A flat shipping fee of $25.00 USD applies to all orders worldwide, regardless of order size or destination. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with multiple international carriers depending on your delivery destination. The most suitable carrier for your region will be selected automatically at the time of dispatch. All carriers we use provide full order tracking.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

If you have not received your tracking information within 16 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@walterjackets.com, and we will look into it for you.

7. Worldwide Shipping

We ship to customers worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@walterjackets.com before placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you are ordering is permitted to be imported into your country. 9. Incorrect Shipping Address

10. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local post office or delivery depot. If the carrier confirms that the order was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Walter Jackets may not be able to issue a replacement or refund. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
