6. Return Shipping Cost
For approved returns, Walter Jackets will cover the return shipping cost.
Where available, a return label will be provided by email. If a return label is not available for your location, we will provide return instructions and arrange a reasonable return shipping solution.
7. Restocking Fee
Walter Jackets does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
8. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

11. Cancellations

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to a deduction of up to 40 percent of the order total, depending on the production status of the order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order is dispatched, the estimated transit time is usually 3 to 5 business days for most supported destinations. International shipments may take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.
